Everyone knows a clean engine case is the first step in assembling your new engine.  But did you know, prior to machining it is equally critical to have all parts clean and free from grit and grime?  We must ensure that nothing gets in the way of the case halves mating properly or the machined surfaces will not hold their tolerances.

General Cleaning:
This is good for machinging only.  Your case will not be ready for assembly when you get it back.

Assembly Cleaning:
After running your case through the parts washer, we will run barrel brushes through each oil gallery and check them with a bore scope as well.  The case will be ready for final assembly when you get it back.  This requires our Drill and Tap All Oil Galleries service.

Notes:
The customer is responsible for shipping the case both directions.
Your packing materials must be reusable or we will charge a packing fee.
Your case must not have big chunks of dirt or grime or we will charge a $50 pre-cleaning fee.
This price does not include return shipping.  Actual shipping amount will be charged when your case is returned.
